RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS 

CAN I RETURN MY ARTWORK?
All orders are final and we cannot accept returns. Please ensure all measurements, colors, and other specifications are correct before submitting your order. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
After placing an order you have until 24 hours to cancel or change your order. 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED ARTWORK?
If you receive a damaged artwork, please photograph the damage and contact us immediately at logistics@ottocharles.com. In the case of damage incurred during shipment we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery in order to initiate a claim with the carrier. Our sole obligation to you in this event will be to ship a replacement item at our expense, or refund your order (at your election). 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
Currently we only ship in the US.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ARTWORK?
Orders are processed within 48 hours and queued for production. Lead times are dependent upon several factors, including the type of order, the volume of the order, and the delivery method used, but typically range from 2-4 weeks. For artwork 32x40 and larger, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping rates depend on where you live, and will populate during checkout.

WHAT METHODS OF SHIPPING DO YOU USE?
FedEx and UPS are our preferred carriers, however we can arrange White Glove delivery. Shipping/delivery options are dependent on the artwork(s) ordered and customer elections.

If shipping via Fed Ex or UPS, we will provide tracking information as soon as the artwork leaves the studio. For White Glove delivery, a team member will reach out within 48 hours to discuss your shipping and delivery expectations. Our residential couriers will be in contact with you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT THE STUDIO?

Unfortunately we do not currently offer this option due to space limitations.

 

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY? 

Someone will need to be present at the address to sign for the delivery of your new artwork.
